All that Jazz, 8 years at Ronnie Scotts

Looking back at what was described as the modern golden era of jazz, 2014 to 2022. I was lucky enough to be the house photographer at the once legendary Ronnie Scotts the home of British Jazz. First opened in 1959 by Ronnie Scott and Pete King two giants of British jazz, both saxophonists wanting to create a club for London musicians to flourish. First opened in Gerard Street now the heart of China town in a old cab drivers hang out. This was not the first jazz club in London but it was defiantly the first open by Jazz musicians. The club remained in Gerard street until 1965 when it moved to its current home 47 Frith Street. The club has changed a lot over the years and has see legends come and go. If they had one inch of jazz they have played at the club.
